Return Policy

Encolour is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you contact us through email at info@encolourstudio.com. To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email:

  1. Your order number

  2. Product name and colors number/name of the item you wish to return.

  3. Reason for requesting to return the product(s)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Encolours reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.

Terms & Conditions:

General for all products

​

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns will be refused or disregarded.

  • We will usually reship replacement within 2 weeks. Encolour reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.

  • Unwanted and unopened items returned to us must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Encolour will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

  • If replacement items are out of stock, item value will be refunded in the form choosing another products with the same value or credits.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.

  • Encolour is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend you send your return shipping with Tracking Code to ensure that it reaches us.

  • Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.

  • Opened and/or used products are not refundable.

  • Sale products are not refundable (unless it is damaged or wrong product is sent).

  • Customers are required to bear return shipping fees.

  • Encolour reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Encolour's decision will be final.

Damages and issues
In cases of defective return, Encolour will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. (This term is excluded for lipstick product of any brand)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return product(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
